What content is available on CSP Online?

The UK Company legislation essential to the day to day regulation and running of a company, including all relevant Acts of Parliament, key parts of the FCA Handbook – such as the Listing, Prospectus, Disclosure and Transparency rules – the FRC Corporate Governance code, Stewardship code and Guidance on Audit Committees. It has detailed commentary covering all the events that can occur in the life of a UK limited company and dealing with UK regulators and exchanges. How often is the content updated?

Legislation is updated regularly and commentary is updated six times a year. The weekly newsletter will keep you informed on all the important changes and what they mean for governance and compliance professionals.

Can anyone use CSPOnline?

Yes, CSP Online is a valuable and relevant resource for all governance professionals, whatever the size and sector of their company. It is also intuitive and does not require any technical expertise to be able to use its full potential.

Can I use CSPOnline on my mobile or tablet ?

Yes, the site is fully responsive and will adapt to any mobile or tablet device. You can also download sections as a PDF to browse offline at your leisure.

How do I sign up for a free trial?

Simply click request a free trial using the button at the top of the page and follow the instructions.

How long is the free trial?

A free trial lasts for 14 days.

What content can I see during the free trial?

You will have access to all the content, though you will not be able to download or print sections.

How long is a subscription?

CSPOnline offers subscriptions for one, two and three years.

Can I cancel a subscription?

If there are less than 12 months left on your subscription simply do not renew when it expires. However if you have a subscription with longer than 12 months left, please contact us for your options. 

Can I subscribe for longer than 12 months?

CSPOnline offers subscriptions for one, two and three years.

Do you offer multiple user accounts and does this confer a discount?

Yes we offer a variety of multi-user packages for larger companies, with flexible discount options. Please see below for more information on pricing, or contact us for a bespoke option for you and your company.

We can also set up existing accounts with more users, please contact us and we can arrange this for you.

I would like to subscribe straightaway, what do I do?

If you using a credit card to purchase you are able to register and do so here. If purchasing via an alternative method it is easiest to register first for a trial before contacting us, but this is not a requirement. 

My trial is finished, how do I subscribe?

We will contact you when your trial is up to find out how it went and if you wish to subscribe. Alternatively you can subscribe online or contact us.

How much is a CSPOnline subscription?

CSPOnline offers subscriptions for one, two and three years. Subscriptions give access to CSPOnline for a single user, and access can be purchased for additional users at a discounted rate:

How do I save notes, bookmarks and searches?

You may save notes, bookmarks and searches using the icons at the top right of page.

How do I access saved notes, bookmarks or searches?

Visit the My notes and My bookmarks sections in the top navigation ribbons.

How do I export content to PDF for use offline?

Just click the PDF icon in the ribbon at the top right of page and it will automatically export and download the section you are in as a PDF.

There is a broken link on the site, what do I do?

If you find a broken or incorrect link, please let us know

The pages I want are not loading, what should I do?

If a page is not loading please check your connection and try refreshing your browser or pressing F5. If the problem persists please contact us for assistance resolving the issue.

How do I log a problem with the site?

If you have any feedback or wish to log any problems or issues with the site, contact our customer support team who will be happy to help.

How do I cancel a user that has left the organisation?

Please contact us to manage any multi-user subscriptions and cancel any users who do not need access any longer. Please note the information about minimum length subscriptions still applies in this instance (please see above).
